The Swan Athletic Sporting & Community Club Incorporated (the Club) was established in 1945 by a group of community minded people, mainly of Croatian background, as a facility for members to participate in sporting and social activities. The original clubhouse and playing fields were established through donations and volunteers and retains that ethos to this day.
